Reserve the right date and time and make a deposit payment for your chosen birthday party option.
You can then take your time to confirm numbers (note there is a minumum charge of 10 children for each party including the birthday child with the exception of Build A Bear where the minimum number is 6) with a maximum of 30 inclusive of attending adults (max 20 for Build A Bear).
Please contact us to discuss options if you would like a party of larger than 30.
Full balance payment and confirmation of final numbers to be made no later than 5 working days prior to your chosen party date.

When can we have a party?
We run parties on selected dates from 10am to 12:00 / 1pm to 3pm / 4pm-6pm Sat-Sunday
Monday-Friday 4-6pm
We open our parties In Feb-October we don’t hold parties between November-February
Example 10 children £119.90 cold food off peak - 4 free adults for the birthday child, 9 free adults for the other children
Anything else?
For supervision each party allows 1 adult free of charge for every child. If additional adults wish to stay with the party, these can be prebooked for £5 each. Any extras attending on the day are charged at the normal daytime admission rate.
The maximum group size a guide can look after is 30 people in total including any supervising adults. If you require a party larger than this then please contact us as we may need to add another guide extra cost £20
